Senior Fitness: Strength & Stability for Everyday Life In-Person

George F. Johnson Memorial Library is partnering with Serenity Fitness to bring you a fitness program open to all levels, and perfect for Seniors! This is a gentle movement class focusing on balance, joint mobility, posture, fall prevention, and light strengthening with bodyweight. Registration is required, and any necessary equipment will be provided.
